Warranty Claims

If your GreenLife product experiences a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, you may submit a warranty claim through our Warranty Claim Form.

To process your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Proof of purchase (VAT bill/invoice)

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable)

What Is Covered Under Warranty

The GreenLife Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects and product failures that occur under normal usage conditions.

Coverage includes:

✓ Manufacturing defects

✓ Charging and power-related issues

✓ Battery performance issues caused by manufacturing faults

✓ Display defects not caused by physical damage

✓ Audio defects including speakers and microphones

✓ Bluetooth or connectivity issues caused by hardware failure

✓ Product malfunctions resulting from manufacturing defects


What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

The following are not covered:

✕ Physical damage, cracks, dents, or broken components

✕ Water or liquid damage beyond the product’s specified protection rating

✕ Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper handling

✕ Damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, or external forces

✕ Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

✕ Damage caused by power surges, electrical faults, or improper charging accessories

✕ Cosmetic wear and tear including scratches and discoloration

✕ Lost or stolen products

✕ Missing accessories, packaging, or promotional items


Warranty Inspection & Resolution

All products submitted under warranty are subject to inspection by GreenLife technicians.

After inspection, GreenLife may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the defective product or component

  • Provide an equivalent replacement product if necessary

Warranty decisions are made after technical evaluation and verification of warranty eligibility.


Claim Processing Procedure

  1. Submit the Warranty Claim Form.

  2. Upload proof of purchase and supporting documents.

  3. Our support team reviews the claim.

  4. The product may be requested for inspection.

  5. Repair or replacement is processed if the claim qualifies under warranty coverage.

  6. Customers are notified once the process is completed.

Processing times may vary depending on product type, spare parts availability, and service requirements.
